Welcome to Eternal Glyph! We’re committed to delivering your order quickly and efficiently. Below, you’ll find details on our shipping process, estimated delivery times, and other important information.
Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery
We offer the following shipping options:
Domestic (U.S.) Shipping
- Standard Shipping (4-7 business days) – Free for orders over $50 within the continental U.S. Eternal Glyph will choose the best courier to deliver your purchase in time.
- Premium Shipping (2-4 business days) – We offer USPS and UPS premium services, prices are quoted at checkout.
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day) – We offer USPS and UPS overnight services, prices are quoted at checkout. We will try to priorities your urgent shipment, but assume that your order will ship in 1-2 days + 1 day transit.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select countries. Shipping times and costs vary by destination:
- Standard International Shipping (7-21 business days) – Courier and pricing vary on destination.
- Customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier’s website.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at service@eternalglyph.com so we can assist.
- We are not responsible for stolen packages once marked as “delivered.” Please ensure a secure delivery location.
- If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage, and we will work to resolve the issue.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders can be modified or canceled within 8 hours of purchase. After that, we begin processing and cannot guarantee changes.
