The short version...

You've got 30 days from the day your order arrives to return or exchange it. If your gear is in clean, new condition, it's completely free — we'll email you a prepaid return label and handle the rest. No hoops, no fine print games. We want trying Eternal Glyph to feel as easy as wearing it.

30-day window
Returns and exchanges must be started within 30 days of delivery. Head to our Returns Page and fill out the form to get started. Please don't ship anything back without starting a return first — unrequested packages can't be accepted.

Free return shipping
Once your return is approved (usually within 24 hours), we'll email you a prepaid shipping label. Return shipping is on us.

Condition
To qualify for a full refund or free exchange, your item needs to be in clean, new, sellable condition — the same shape it arrived in. Items that come back with obvious wear, stains, or damage may be refused or refunded minus a 25% restocking fee. If you're not sure whether your item qualifies, just ask — we're reasonable people.

Exchanges
Want a different size, style, or glyph? Start a return through the Returns Page and let us know what you'd like instead. Once your return is on its way back, we'll get your replacement moving. Exchanges are free, same as returns.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If we got something wrong — wrong item, defect, damage in transit — contact us right away and we'll make it right at no cost to you. A quick photo speeds things up.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll approve the refund and send it to your original payment method. Most refunds are issued within a few business days; allow up to 10 business days, plus whatever time your bank takes to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us and we'll track it down.

Non-returnable items
Gift cards are final sale. Custom orders (like custom company glyphs) can't be returned or exchanged unless there's a defect or we made a mistake.

Keeping it fair
Free returns and exchanges work because nearly everyone plays it straight — and we'd like to keep it that way. If we notice a pattern that looks like policy abuse (for example, wearing an item repeatedly and swapping it for a fresh one, or frequently ordering and returning large quantities), we may decline a return or exchange, apply a restocking fee of up to 25%, or limit free returns on future orders. We'll always reach out to you first. If you're a normal human being who occasionally guesses the wrong size, this section isn't about you.
