At Eternal Glyph, returns and exchanges are as easy as ordering. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you've got 30 days from delivery to send it back or swap it — and if it's in clean, new condition, return shipping is free. In most cases we'll email your return instructions and a free prepaid shipping label within 24 hours.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue your refund to your original payment method — or ship your exchange.
Notice
Returns and exchanges must be started within 30 days of delivery. Items in clean, new condition ship back free. Items with obvious wear that are no longer sellable may be refused or subject to a 25% restocking fee. See our refund policy for full details.
